3s CB Strikers 5/88 lost to Hoppers Crossing 2/90
A young and inexperienced Strikers faced a much more experienced Hoppers Crossing at Princes Park.
The highlight of the batting was a fantastic 51no off 58 balls by Liz Howell.
Strikers bowling was no match for the accomplished Hoppers batting but the highlight was 2 wickets to Sarah Byrne.
With such a young side there was a lot of positives to come out of the game and will lead to great improvements during the season.
